IFORS2023 - Conference Schedule

This schedule will be updated periodically if changes are needed, so check it frequently.

We strongly encourage you to use the EURO Progressive Web App (compatible with all devices), here: https://www.euro-online.org/conferences/program/#conference/ifors2023. In your phone, you can add the page to your main screen and have it always available. The web application does not require permanent Wi-Fi connection nor a EURO login but if you have a EURO account, you can build your own schedule.

Important activities and events:

Conference check-in will be open on Sunday starting at 14:00 and Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
Coffee breaks will be offered at both conference venues.
A welcome event will take place on Sunday evening at 17:00, at the Centro de Extensión venue.
The main conference banquet will be on Thursday evening at San Carlos de Apoquindo event center at 19:30, located here: https://goo.gl/maps/Tj4YRirLHQjcD15e6. Transportation will be provided from the closest subway station.
A closing reception will take place on Friday at Centro de Extension, after the closing ceremony.
On Wednesday, the official IFORS 2023 tours will take place, visiting exceptional places in and nearby Santiago.
